1969: Canex Aerial Exploration - conducted airborne magnetic, electromagnetic and gammaray spectrometer survey. 1970: Sudbury Contact Mines Ltd. - conducted ground magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical suveys, 6 DDH totalling 3110 ft. 1974: Goldsearch Ltd. - conducted ground magnetic and electromagnetic surveys. 1985: St. Joe - conducted geological mapping, ground magnetic and electromagnetic geophysical surveys, 2 DDH totalling 351.5 m. 1986: St. Joe - conducted airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys. 1987: Bond Gold Canada - 9 DDH totalling 1618.94 m. 1990: Noranda - conducted geological mapping, soil and rock geochemical surveys. 2007 vital Resources conducted MMI-M soil survey. 2007 Gold Canyon also conducted a soil sample as well as few grab samples (no assays reported) 2008 Gold Canyon completed MMI sampling in the area

Oct 31, 2014 (Syed Ali) - Previously reported grades not confirmed, best (DDH,1971): 0.035%Cu, 0.035%Ni, grade 1984 North Shore: 0.013 oz/t Au over 125 m or less, low values for Ni,Cu,Co,Pt,Pd, grade 1987 DDH: trace to 0.01 oz/t Au. 1985: St. Joe Canada - 0.01 oz Au/t, 4710 ppm Ni, 7860 ppm Cu, 340 ppb Pt, 649 ppb Pd across 5 ft. A second hold intersected 0.013 oz Au/t across 125 m.1987: Bond Gold Canada - intersected 5.8 g/t Au, 4.4 g/t Pt, 3.4 g/t Pd, 9.4 g/t Ag, 0.8% Ni and 0.9% Cu across 1.5 m. Sudbury Contact Mines - intersected 0.05 oz Au/t across 10 ft, they also intersected 0.105% Cu, 0.094% Ni across 37 ft. Trench sample at the North Shore zone analyzed 190 ppb Au, 0.10 oz/t Ag, 4920 ppm Cu, 52 ppm As, 18 ppb Pt. Noranda Exploration - took samples that assayed from 1.2g/t Au to 8.8 g/t Au.
