Mineralization Comments

Nov 20, 2014 (Mark Puumala) - This discretionary occurrence is based on the reported presence of slightly anomalous concentrations of base metals in Cominco diamond drill hole MC 79-5 (AFRI# 53C04NE0002). The main mineralized zone that was sampled and assayed by Cominco was reported to occur at a depth of approximately 69 m at the contact between carbonaceous and pyrrhotitic argillite and silicified intermediate metavolcanics. Mineralization in the argillite is reported on the drill hole log to consist of 5% pyrrhotite as fine-grained disseminations and 2% pyrite as wisps and films parallel to bedding. Mineralization in the adjacent silicified intermediate metavolcanics consists of 5% fine-grained disseminated magnetite and trace disseminated pyrrhotite. A second mineralized argillite horizon (2% po and 1% py) was noted at a depth of 112.8 m. DDH MC 79-4 returned best assays of 220 ppm Zn, 10 ppm Pb and 35 ppm Cu over 1.0 m
