Nov 02, 2007 (Mark Puumala) - This occurrence represents the easternmost major showing associated with the Bear Head Lake Prospect (MDI53C13SE0061). Robertson and Gould (1983) reported that this showing is approximately 150 m long, 6 to 30 m wide, and has an orientation of 115/60-90. Assays ranging from 0.01 to 0.1% U3O8 were reported from this mineralized zone (Robertson and Gould 1983).
