Aug 15, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - Satterly (1938) reported that the showing consists of a fine-grained, silicified, buff-coloured quartzite bed, 6 feet in width, interbedded with fine-grained, grey quartzite striking S. 50 E. and dipping 70 S. The silicified quartzite contains minute stringers, with a maximum width of half an inch, lying parallel to the structure and consisting of sugary or glassy quartz with finely disseminated pyrite and pyrrhotite.

Aug 15, 2019 (Therese Pettigrew) - Westmin reported that a sample collected in 1937 assayed 5.6 g/t Au, a sample collected in 1967 assayed 2.7 g/t Au, and sample 10213 collected in 1988 assayed 5.8 g/t Au (Assessment report 20000004807). DDH E-89-05 assayed 1.83 ppm Au over 1 m from a feldspar porphyritic intermediate tuff with trace pyrrhotite and pyrite (Assessment report 53K07SE0004). Sampling in 2002 returned values of 0.75 g/t Au and 1.17 g/t Au (Assessment report 53K08NW2002).
